1. Order Processing
- Same-day packing: Orders placed before 3 p.m. Cairo time (GMT +2) ship the same business day.
- Orders after 3 p.m. or on Fridays / holidays ship the next business day.
- All pouches are heat-sealed in a moisture-proof mailer, then boxed with impact padding.

4. Duties & Customs
- Parcels declared as “Dried Catnip Herbal Treat – HS Code 1211”.
- Egypt → GCC orders under 270 USD typically clear duty-free; otherwise local VAT / duties are payable by receiver.
- Extra paperwork? Our team provides it within 12 h if requested.
5. Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking links emailed within 6 h of dispatch.
- If status shows “Delivered” but the parcel is missing, notify us within 48 h.
- Damaged shipments? Send us a photo within 3 days and we’ll replace it free of charge.
6. Returns & Refunds
Pure Cat Mint™ is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your cat shows no reaction, email info [at] purecatmint [dot] com for a prepaid return label (Egypt) or refund (international).
