  • Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Cairo time (GMT+2) ship the same business day.
  • Orders after 3 PM, on Fridays, or on public holidays ship the next business day.
  • All pouches are heat-sealed in a moisture-proof mailer, then boxed with impact padding.

  • Egypt → GCC shipments under USD 270 typically clear duty-free; above that, local VAT/duties are payable by the receiver.
  • Need extra paperwork? Our team provides it within 12 hours upon request.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking link emailed within 6 hours of dispatch.
  • If status shows "Delivered" but the parcel is missing — notify us within 48 hours.
  • Damaged shipment? Send us a photo within 3 days and we'll replace it free of charge.
