At Pure Cat Mint™, we genuinely care about your satisfaction and your cat’s wellbeing. If there’s an issue with your order — like damage, a missing item, or no visible response from your cat — we’re here to help.
When Are Returns or Refunds Accepted?
- The product arrived torn, unsealed, or damaged in transit.
- Your order was incomplete or incorrect.
- Your cat showed no reaction despite correct usage.
- You contacted us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Opened the pouch? That’s okay. We can still review your case. Please reseal it and reach out.
Important Notes
- We do not refund for change of mind or unused items without valid reason.
- The original resealable pouch must be available.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was our fault.
Order & Delivery Terms
- Orders placed before 3 p.m. Cairo time ship the same business day.
- Orders after this time or on holidays ship the next working day.
- Please ensure your name, address, and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect info or no response to the courier, re-delivery costs may apply.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email [email protected] with your order number, issue, and whether you prefer a replacement or refund.
- We’ll respond within 24 hours and may ask for photos of the product or packaging.
- In eligible cases, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or a replacement will be shipped within 2 business days.
